Doug Edwards

Senior Project Manager

South Shore Millwork has a service-driven culture where all the employees work together to ensure customer satisfaction. This is the number one priority – and what drew Doug Edwards to South Shore Millwork in 1998.

Doug graduated from the cabinet-making program at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School. He then attended various courses at Wentworth Institute of Technology while serving an apprenticeship at Batson Building Supply Company. For the next 20 years at Batson’s, he gained knowledge and experience as a cabinetmaker, draftsman, estimator, and project manager.

During his time with South Shore Millwork, Doug has held positions in estimating, engineering, project management, operations management, and design.

His current role is senior project manager. Doug loves taking a project from the idea stage to completion while working with some of the best architects, designers, and craftsmen in the business. He said, “It is truly a rewarding experience to be involved with people who appreciate and respect what we do here.”

When not working, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, fly fishing, hunting, and skiing.
