LEADERSHIP TEAM

We’re a tight-knit crew of more than 80 employees consisting of project managers, engineering and drafting experts, production personnel, finishing team members, and installation specialists. Each person involved in our projects truly cares about the client and the final product. We’re constantly evolving and always staying ahead of our competition and our clients. We believe in quality, integrity, and customer service, which have remained at our core for more than 30 years.


Jeff started woodworking in his teens and graduated top of his class from South Eastern Regional Vocational School. He went into furniture refinishing and building antique reproduction furniture, learning old craftsman techniques. His first position in the millwork industry was as foreman at National Door Corp., where he obtained a great amount of door and hardware knowledge. In the early 90s, Jeff started South Shore Millwork. Initially, it was a custom wood door and frame company, but it wasn’t long before the company expanded into high-end millwork.

JEFF BURTON | Owner

Anthony joined South Shore Millwork in 2001 as an estimator for large and small projects. In 2008, he was promoted to Estimating Manager, estimating jobs for some of the most knowledgeable millwork customers in New England. Prior to joining South Shore Millwork, Anthony spent more than two decades in the industry working as a cabinetmaker, drafter, purchaser and estimator with Monarch Industries. Anthony manages more than 300 project estimates, ranging from $500 to $5M. Anthony also completed the Journeyman Cabinetmaker Apprenticeship offered by the Rhode Island Carpenters Apprenticeship Program.

ANTHONY MCKNIGHT | Estimating Manager

Since the age of 16, Peter has spent his entire career in the millwork industry. Fueled by a passion and reverence for the process, Peter brings this energy and deep appreciation for the time-honored traditions of woodworking artisans to every aspect of a project, working with design teams, general contractors, craftsmen & clients. His accomplishments span from large-scale packages in short time frames and complex projects to assisting in making that one perfect piece. He brings creativity, an ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and forward-focused thinking to every project.

PETER MARCEAU | General Manager

David joined South Shore Millwork in 2021 as a senior estimator, after 39 years in the industry. He draws upon and takes great pride in delivering exceptional quality and creative solutions for his clients. Being a dedicated professional who thrives on challenges, he is thrilled to be part of this incredibly talented team. He graduated at top of his class as an apprentice. Has become a foreman, Lead Supervisor for over 150 people and has been a project manager previously. His passion for woodwork and fine craftsmanship extends to his personal life as well, where he is always working on something to renovate or build. He looks forward to working together with you soon to realize your unique vision! 

DAVID PALAZINI | Senior Estimator

David has been with South Shore Millwork since 2017. He previously spent three years as a Controller at Freeaire and seven years as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Next Generation Vending. David’s education includes graduating from Tri-County Reg. Voc. Tech High School and receiving a Bachelors in Finance from Bridgewater State University. He enjoys creating systems and processes that generate the most accurate results with the least amount of resources required and analyzing the financial impacts of operational initiatives.

DAVID MUNAFO | Controller

Patrick joined South Shore Millwork in 2018, as an Estimator. Prior to joining South Shore Millwork he was employed with Modern Industries for 10 years, as an estimator. Patrick brings with him over 20 years of successful experience in customer service and support with recognized strengths in account maintenance, problem-solving, planning, staff support and implementing proactive procedures. Excel in situational analysis, negotiating and effectively managing multiple, high-priority projects and takes pride in providing exemplary customer service.

PATRICK ANDREOLI | Senior Estimator

Chris has been with South Shore Millwork since 1999. During his tenure, he’s held positions as millworker, CNC operator, cabinet maker, project manager, and engineering manager. He has an Associate’s Degree in building construction and cabinet making from the New England Institute of Technology. In his current role as Director of Operations, Chris works heavily with production to ensure projects are progressing as needed and customers are completely satisfied with the products they’re receiving. He’s also an integral part of the overall facility operation and the equipment and machinery within it.

CHRIS LEVESQUE | Production Manager

Doug has been with South Shore Millwork since 1998. He graduated from the cabinet-making program at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School and attended various courses at Wentworth Institute of Technology while serving an apprenticeship at Batson Building Supply Company. For the next 20 years at Batson’s, he gained knowledge and experience as a cabinetmaker, draftsman, estimator, and project manager. During his time with South Shore Millwork, Doug has held positions in estimating, engineering, project management, operations management, and design.

DOUG EDWARDS | Account Manager

Michael brings a solid foundation of two decades in residential construction to the table. His early formal trade education laid the groundwork for his expertise in handling projects from frame to finish. With a proven track record in leadership and management, Michael has successfully overseen numerous construction endeavors. His commitment and attention to detail ensures that every project is executed with precision and care.

MICHAEL HANEY | Project Manager

Bill joined South Shore Millwork in 2019. His passion for woodworking began in high school. He worked at Eldred Wheeler for 2 years, reproducing and finishing 18th century furniture. Bill served in the USMC for 6 years, acquiring the rank of Sergean…

Bill joined South Shore Millwork in 2019. His passion for woodworking began in high school. He worked at Eldred Wheeler for 2 years, reproducing and finishing 18th century furniture. Bill served in the USMC for 6 years, acquiring the rank of Sergeant prior to being honorably discharged in 1991. Following Bill’s time in the service, he joined the Kochman, Reidt & Haigh cabinetmakers team where he spent 20 years and gained great experience with manufacturing flow, engineering, angled and radius cabinetry, and furniture. He also had the opportunity to learn the company's proprietary software program to include drafting and implementation of design and fabrication methods for many high-end projects in the New England region.

BILL CURRAN | Project Manager

At the age of 16, Chris started his career as a site laborer during the summers for his uncle’s construction company. This led to his interest in construction and his future degree in Construction Management. In 2007 Chris received his degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Chris has spent his entire career after college working as an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager at several well-known General Contractors before deciding to make a move into the Millwork trade. Fueled by his interest and passion in architectural woodwork, Chris brings his energy and deep appreciation for details to every aspect of a project, working with design teams, general contractors, craftsmen & clients.

CHRIS ZACCHILLI | Project Manager

Chris has been with South Shore Millwork since 1999. During his tenure, he’s held positions as millworker, CNC operator, cabinet maker, project manager, and engineering manager. He has an Associate’s Degree in building construction and cabinet making

Ron's interest in woodworking began in Middle School, that experience led him to enroll at the Woonsocket Area Career and Technical Center for Construction and Cabinetmaking. Prior to graduating, he joined New England Milling Company through its co-op program and immediately entered its Cabinetmaker Apprenticeship program where he successfully completed 3 years at the R.I. Carpenters Union. Before joining SSM in 2023, Ron spent 8 years overseeing the daily operations of the Millwork Department for a well-respected full service General Contracting Co. in Charlestown, MA. He also worked 22 years at a R.I. Architectural Millwork Company holding numerous positions during his tenure with that organization. Ron brings his enthusiasm, experience, industry knowledge, and attention to detail to each project.

RON RAINVILLE | Project Manager

Mark joined South Shore Millwork in 2000, bringing more than 12 years of industry experience. Since Mark’s arrival, he’s seen the company grow from ten craftspeople to more than forty. He’s been instrumental in the growth and forward trajectory of the company, its overall vision, and its methodologies. As Shop Foreman, Mark is responsible for day-to-day production and quality control. He works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that projects are efficiently progressing through the shop and customer’s schedules and deadlines are being met. Mark also is involved with the oversight of the facility and machinery, while staying on top of the latest materials, processes, and technologies.

MARK JEWETT | Shop Foreman

Tyler joined South Shore Millwork in 2019. He’s detail-oriented and focused on building a strong foundation of draftsmanship and strong knowledge of the craftsmanship that is incorporated into our custom millwork packages. Tyler’s role as Engineering Manager at South Shore Millwork is to expand our company’s capabilities in producing high-quality millwork packages, communicating with architects and designers, and creating a strong foundation in the company’s engineering team. His goal is to establish a collaborative environment for the members of his team to hone their technical skills in woodworking.
